FREE SHIPPING Lower 48!!! Ups Ground, For Most Items. For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, we will provide the average cost of shipping and the customer will need to provide the remainder as shipping costs to these two states has sky rocketed. We will contact customers at time of shipment to Hawaii and Alaska to expedite this process. With all of the new un-forseens that have been forced on businesses all over the US, we are doing all we can to provide the same service that we have in years past.
In the lower 48, we ship Ups so most items will take at least 3-5 DAYS to arrive, after shipping. We usually run about three to four days lead time. If you absolutely need it quicker, email us BEFORE you order and we'll work it out with you. Some items, like rope and pulleys, can be shipped the same day, if in stock.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
